We want you to love your order — truly. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Physical Products (Books & Merch)
We currently accept returns or replacements for physical products in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged
- Item is defective
- Incorrect item was received
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A photo of the issue
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement or
- Issue a refund
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are final sale.
That said, we put a lot of care into creating original, hand-drawn artwork, and these policies help protect the integrity of our work and keep things fair for everyone.
If you experience any issues accessing your file, or receive a damaged file/corrupt file, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Order Issues
If your package is:
- Lost
- Delayed
- Marked delivered but not received
Please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. While we can’t control carrier issues once a package has shipped, we’ll always try to help where we can.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank/provider
